Thursday ... SPARKS WRITING

Sparks Writing Hey, hey, hey it’s SPARKS writing day!  As usual you are welcome to write about whatever interests you in whatever genre that suits your writing.  Your challenge today is to use strong verbs.  Verbs are ‘doing/action’ words.  Here’s just a few I found.  You could try using some of these.  If you're not sure what they mean look them up in the dictionary. IDEAS FOR SPARKS … If you’re lacking for ideas today you might like to have a go at this… Upstart Magazine Competition I’m not sure where you are at with this but you might try starting/finishing one of these from last week.  (See last weeks blog entry). Or Let’s Get Baking I’ve been really amazed at your fabulous cooking skills (Mrs DG what a cake!).  Lots of people are sharing their recipes online at the moment.  What is this? Below is a photo of some ingredients. Can you guess what you think I might be making?  I’ll share the recipe and photo of my success …. or failure on Friday! Today you could have a go at writing your own recipe.  This might be a recipe for other people to try or it could be a recipe on, 'How to survive living in a 'bubble.’  It would be great to have a recipe from everyone, we could make our own Nikau cook book.  Write it onto a Google Doc and share it with me.
